The tram network is the best option to move around Halle. Updated lines, schedules and fares can be found at the HAVAG website. Tickets can be purchased inside each tram, and must be validated in the red machines.

From Halle train station (stop: "Hauptbahnhof") to:

• IPB conference venue: Line 2 (dir. "Kröllwitz", stop: "Weinberg Campus") 

• Ankerhof Hotel: Line 2 (dir. "Kröllwitz", stop: "Ankerstraße"), Line 9 (dir. "Göttinger Bogen", stop: "Ankerstraße") 

• TRYP Wyndham Hotel: Line 9 (dir. "Göttinger Bogen", stop: "Zentrum Neustadt")

 

From Ankerhof Hotel (stop: "Ankerstraße") to IPB conference venue (stop: "Weinberg Campus"): Line 2 (dir. "Kröllwitz")

 

From TRYP Wyndham Hotel (stop: "Zentrum Neustadt") to IPB conference venue (stop: "Weinberg Campus"):

• Use Line 10 (dir. "Franckeplatz") until tram stop "Rennbahnkreuz". Then change to Line 2 (dir. "Kröllwitz") until you reach "Weinberg Campus".
